These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.aynnutrition.in and the purchase of products from AYN Nutrition, operated by Vardhman Sports Nutrition LLP ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Products & FSSAI Compliance

• All AYN Nutrition products are health supplements / nutraceuticals regulated under the Food Safety and Standards (Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Food for Special Dietary Use) Regulations, 2022.
• Our FSSAI License Number is valid and displayed on all product labels and invoices.
• Health Disclaimer: Our products are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary from person to person.
• All health claims on our Website are substantiated and consistent with physical product labels, as required by FSSAI guidelines.
• Products dispatched will have a minimum of 30% shelf life remaining at time of dispatch, per FSSAI e-commerce guidelines.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a medical condition.

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase products.
• Purchases of products for minors (ages 13–21) must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
• By placing an order, you confirm you meet these requirements.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• A complete price breakdown is displayed at checkout before payment is made.
• We do not store your full card details. All payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant.
• If an amount is deducted due to payment failure without a confirmed order, it will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
• We do not charge cancellation fees for customer-initiated cancellations within the eligible window, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge by contacting support@aynnutrition.in.
• After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has been dispatched.
• If we cancel your order for any reason, a full refund will be processed automatically.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including logos, product images, text, formulations, and branding — is the intellectual property of Vardhman Sports Nutrition LLP, protected under Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or purchase
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our Website
• Using our Website for any unlawful purpose under Indian law
• Reselling our products without our prior written authorisation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Ganj Basoda, Madhya Pradesh, India. Consumers may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or appropriate Consumer Forums under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
